宏達電近來投資失利，股價重挫，原訂本月15日開獎的員工分紅卻延遲，
使原本士氣低落的員工，更添愁雲，傳出中階主管恐離職，高層費心思
如何以分紅來留住人才。
今天出刊《壹週刊》報導，宏達電每年有3次「開獎」機會，1次是5月加薪，
第2次是8月中旬的股票分紅，最後是年終續效獎金。
因底薪低，科技人最期待的大獎為本月分紅，但因近來宏達電股價續跌，
員工痛心股票分紅縮水。
知情人士透露，該公司董事長王雪紅及執行長周永明目前陷入如何瘦身裁員，
又要留住人才的難題。
